Management therefore has zero tolerance for actions and decisions that may undermine safety to even the slightest extent. Responsibility for safety
Working with solar engines involves a very limited risks.
At Verdegía the responsibility for safety always begins with management, but the individual employee shoulders a great deal of responsibility too. If care is not taken during all work processes, regardless of whether it is related to the installation for our clients or during a service inspections, unnecessary risks can easily arise.
Throughout the entire process, from development and planning to installation and the servicing of solar engine systems, Verdegía’ works consciously and systematically with safety – for example by using occupational health & safety tools and electrical certification.
Reduction of the accident rate
Verdegía operates with an attainable objective of reducing the incidence of industrial injuries to a maximum. The incidence of industrial injuries at Verdegía for 2009 was 0. The long-term objective is to maintain this flawless record, “At Verdegía, failure is not an option.”
